```Job Overview:
Leete Concrete Company is looking for an experienced concrete foreman with site concrete experience to join our team.
We are looking for a professional, organized, self-motivated person to lead a team on projects throughout Northern California.

Pay: $35-45.00/Hour DOE

- Prevailing wages, depending on projects assigned
Essential Work Duties:
- Work directly with superintendents and projects managers to accurately and efficiently complete projects.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings to review project and project documents to resolve any potential concerns or discrepancies prior to crews coming on site.
- Participate and adhere to Leete Concrete's safety program and ensure a safe and OSHA compliant work site.
- Organize job site and crews by holding any necessary on site meetings, safety meetings, and planning ahead to make sure necessary tools, materials and equipment are on site.
- Maintain timesheet system for your crew, complete change orders and daily reports.
- Assist in training new employees.
Requirements
- 10 years experience in concrete construction
- Curb & gutter machine experience is a plus (not required)
- Ability to travel throughout Northern California
- Poses a valid California Drivers License and clean driving record
- Pre-employment drug screen (based on CA illegal substance)
